Product description
Cast iron clamping unit
The casting molding clamping table is not only durable and has a small amount of deformation, but also can improve the stability of the machine. Engineering software analysis and optimization of the clamping system ensure fast movement and super rigidity. The clamping unit is designed with high pressure compensation to ensure the perfect quality of the final PET bottle.
Infrared heating system
The advanced air circulation heating design can keep the temperature accurate and uniform, which is the key to producing high-quality plastic bottles. In the specially designed oven, the lamp tube can be adjusted to the horizontal or vertical position, ensuring that the drying tunnel can adapt to various sizes of preforms.
Patented distance unit
The patented preform separation unit ensures the compatibility of the machine with bottles of different specifications, and at the same time helps the machine to increase the production speed of the bottle blowing.
Preform conveying and bottle unloading system
FESTO's pneumatic components ensure the reliable performance and long life of the machine, and the linear slide rail increases the moving speed. The standardized design of the manipulator can be quickly replaced according to different bottle mouths.
Stretching system
The machine adopts a servo stretching system, which ensures rapid stretching and long stretching distance. The linear slide makes the stretching action smoother and faster.
